Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Spalding Tractors, we offer a 30-day or 50 working hours return/reject policy, starting from the day you receive your equipment—regardless of the time. During this period, you’re welcome to inspect the machinery and return or exchange it for any reason—no questions asked.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must notify us by 5 PM EST on the 30th calendar day following delivery (with the purchase date considered day 0).

Involved in an accident or otherwise damaged

Altered from its original delivered condition

In the event of a rejection, return shipping is free. As long as the asset is free from the conditions listed above, we will gladly accept a return within the 30-day window.

Refunds are processed immediately upon approval of the return. However, please allow 1–3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
